How can a message reach this site?
Calls go to voicemail, not a live provider. Messages are recorded and transcribed after the greeting. You can email us instead.

What information is enough?
One of the two inquiry ZIPs, a brief account of what is already known and contact details can be given without returning to an affected room. A provider decides independently whether it can respond.
Stay away from the affected area, do not touch electrical switches, outlets or appliances near water, and call a professional. If anyone is in danger, leave the area and call 911.
Where do notifications and email arrive?
RingRobin and Twilio handle calls; a call notification and, if voicemail is left, an additional voicemail notice may reach the operator's Gmail collection inbox. Namecheap forwards email there. The privacy notice details audio, transcript, routing and mail.
